Established in 2014, Leikam Brewing is a certified kosher, community-centric, and family-operated 5BBL brewery.
Our journey began in the backyard of our Southeast Portland home, and has evolved into production at the Burnside Taproom located at 5812 East Burnside in late 2021. Our commitment to crafting small-batch beers is marked by a hands-on approach, allowing us to take pride in the creation of a truly artisanal product. As a small brewery, we embrace the flexibility to brew a diverse array of beers, some as regular offerings, while others emerge as spontaneous and creative expressions. We hope you will come visit us and spend a few hours on our patio or playing board games with friends. Our sweet resident brewery cat, Puck, will be there to welcome you and our friendly staff can make you a delicious cocktail, or pour you a perfect pint.

Every 2nd Wednesday
Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, we gather together to read. Bring your current read or grab one of the shelf and join others reading… silently. 6:30pm grab a pint and chat, 7-8 read. 8pm on, chat about books.

Klezmer with Havrayya
Havrayya is a rotating collective of Klezmer musicians exploring turn-of-the-century traditions. Led by David Rosman and Ross Fish, their performances unfold in a free-flowing stream of tunes, echoing the spirit of historic Jewish celebrations and creating a festive, laid-back atmosphere reminiscent of a lively pub session. Good food, good people, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Enjoy a simple but nourishing Shabbat dinner in a warm, casual brewery setting. It’s a chance to meet new people, reconnect with community, and unwind together at the end of the week.
